If you have a question regarding an insurance that is not listed, please call your insurance provider to verify coverage. Co-payments are required at each visit if your insurance requires one to be paid. There is a $5.00 service fee if a co-payment is not made at the time of the office visit.

If you have Child Health Plus Fidelis, UHC, or Total Care, before bringing your child to their appointment, please contact the insurance company to change your primary care physician (PCP) to River View Pediatrics. 

This will avoid any delays in your visit and guarantee coverage for medical expenses.

River View Pediatrics will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. River View Pediatrics will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s race, color, gender, sex, national origin, disability, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule to determine eligible.
